Prices per Person in Reais - Brazilian Currency. For your information, the average exchange rate in the month of March  is U$ 1 = R$ 2,15. Breakfast included.

Rates informed are per PACKAGE. Please disregard the calculation below, which is multiplying the PKG per nights. The total amount showed above is the one that will be confirmed and charged in your credit card upon confirmation of the booking.

Important notes:

1. crEAct.eve has made a Hotel block but due a limited number of rooms at Hotels, reservations will be confirmed at "first come first served" basis.

2. Participants that have not indicated an accompanying person to share the hotel will be accommodated by crEAct.eve in double according to availability. In case there is no other participant to share the room, crEActe.eve will inform 15 days prior to the event. In this case the participant will be accomodate in a single room paying the single rate.

3. Transfers will be offered on regular basis previously scheduled. The departure times will be informed closer to the event, according to participant's arrival time at airports in Rio de Janeiro. Transfers requested out of the informed dates are subject to a supplement depending on the number of persons confirmed for the same day. In case of  only one person confirmed for the transfer service the supplement will be of maximum of  R$ 215 per transfer.
